Wells Fargo Must Face Default Notice Suit, 9th Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (July 3, 2013, 6:31 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit determined Wednesday that a lower court wrongly dismissed a lawsuit alleging Wells Fargo Bank NA violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act by not giving sufficient notice for the reasons behind an alleged acceleration of the appellants' debt.
