Sister Sledge Alleges Ex-Member Performing As 'Impostor'

Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 8:13 PM EDT) -- Soul group Sister Sledge hit former member Kathy Sledge Lightfoot with a lawsuit Tuesday alleging she has misused the group's trademarked name as a “vehicle” for her solo career, performing as Sister Sledge and misrepresenting to third parties that her three singing sisters have retired.
