Insurers Sue To Duck Coverage For Costco In False Ad Suit

Law360, Chicago (July 8, 2013, 1:18 PM EDT) -- National Fire Insurance Co. of Hartford and Transportation Insurance Co. sued Costco Wholesale Corp. and a bottling company in Washington federal court Wednesday, arguing that they owe no coverage for a putative class action accusing the defendants of falsely marketing VitaRain beverages.
