Google Says Suit Over Sponsored Ads Is Too Late

Law360, New York (July 8, 2013, 4:57 PM EDT) -- Search giant Google Inc. sought Friday to throw out a suit by Parts.com over so-called sponsored advertisements for unrelated firms that appeared near Google search results for Parts.com's name, arguing the automobile parts dealer is two years too late in bringing the suit.
