AUO Loses Bid For Separate Kodak LCD Price-Fixing Trial

Law360, New York (July 8, 2013, 7:12 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday shot down AU Optronics Corp.'s bid for a separate trial in part of multidistrict litigation alleging the company fixed liquid crystal display panel prices, saying that splitting off Eastman Kodak Co.'s case against AUO would create inefficiency.
