Iraq Watchdog Says War Contracting Lessons Still Unlearned

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 5:21 PM EDT) -- The special inspector general for Iraq reconstruction warned a House committee on Tuesday about lessons that have gone unlearned after the invasion and rebuilding of Iraq, saying that the U.S. isn't much better prepared for future occupations than it was 10 years ago.
