Gov. Won't Take $60M Penn State Sanctions Up With 3rd Circ.

Tom Corbett will not appeal a Pennsylvania federal judge’s June dismissal of an antitrust suit challenging $60 million in fines and sanctions slapped on Penn State University by the NCAA following the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal, attorneys for the governor said Monday.
