Texas High Court Asked To Nix Keystone Land Seizure Ruling

Law360, Houston (July 9, 2013, 1:40 PM EDT) -- TransCanada Corp. asked the Texas Supreme Court last week to weigh in on whether state law requires it to prove it can legally seize private property before being granted temporary access to the land to begin work on a segment of the Keystone XL pipeline.
