Investors' Fraud Suit Against RVue Execs Sent To Fla.

Law360, Chicago (July 9, 2013, 4:19 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday transferred to Florida a shareholder derivative suit accusing rVue Holdings Inc.’s officers and directors of looting the marketing technology company’s predecessor — Argo Digital Solutions Inc. — and leaving it for dead.

U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams granted the defendants’ bid to transfer the case to federal court in Florida, where rVue is headquartered, but denied their motions to dismiss the case outright, citing the more than six months of discovery already in the books.
