High Court Term Gives Employers A Leg Up In Litigation

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 9:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court's recently completed term will make it harder for workers to sue their employers, with the justices' employer-friendly output ranging from rulings that raised the bar for employees bringing harassment and retaliation suits to procedural opinions that will help employers avoid class action claims, attorneys say.
