Law360, New York (January 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Citing New Jersey's natural interest in a hazardous-waste-contaminated property that lies within its own borders, the New Jersey Supreme Court on Tuesday exercised jurisdiction over an insurance coverage dispute, affirming an earlier appellate court ruling.
