LG Expert DQ'd In Washer Defect Class Action

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 6:50 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday tossed the testimony of an LG Electronics USA Inc. expert in a proposed class action over allegedly defective washing machines, ruling that his survey to gauge customers' satisfaction with the products was unreliable.
