Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Commission on Tuesday hit the operator of Extended Stay Hotels LLC with a proposed class action in Maryland federal court, accusing the company of paying female receptionists less than male employees who did the same job.
