Cozen, Blank Rome Say Herrick Crane Collapse Case Distinct

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 5:49 PM EDT) -- Cozen O'Connor and Blank Rome LLP attorneys urged a New York state judge Wednesday to keep a legal malpractice suit against them separate from a case against Herrick Feinstein LLP, arguing the legal relationships are different despite both cases involving the same failed condo tower and deadly crane collapse.
