Retirees Sue Pa. Rail Manufacturer For Terminating Benefits

Law360, Philadelphia (July 10, 2013, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A proposed class of approximately 250 retirees on Tuesday’s sued rail manufacturer Freightcar America Corp. in Pennsylvania federal court, alleging that the company breached a collective bargaining agreement by cutting off their pension health benefits.
