ITC To Probe Copyright Claims Over Disney's 'Mr. Young'

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday said it will investigate whether The Walt Disney Co. comedy show “Mr. Young,” which is produced in Canada and broadcast in the U.S. on the Disney Channel, violates an American author's copyrighted script.
