Jackson’s Doc Claims Court Erred By Excluding AEG Contract

Law360, San Diego (July 10, 2013, 10:15 PM EDT) -- Michael Jackson’s doctor urged a California appellate court on Wednesday to overturn his involuntary manslaughter conviction, arguing that the lower court erred by declining to admit the tour contract between the late pop star and AEG Live LLC as evidence.
