Bankrupt Birdsall Seeks Liquidation Under Ch. 7

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 1:59 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt engineering firm Birdsall Services Group Inc., which recently pled guilty to criminal charges that it masked corporate campaign contributions to be eligible for government contracts, asked the New Jersey bankruptcy court Wednesday to convert from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7.

Birdsall’s court-appointed trustee Edwin H.
