Bellwether Bard Case Ends In Mistrial For Improper Testimony

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 7:34 PM EDT) -- A bellwether trial in multidistrict litigation against C.R. Bard Inc. over injuries allegedly caused by the company's vaginal mesh products ended in a mistrial Wednesday in West Virginia federal court, after a witness entered improper testimony regarding the removal of the products from the U.S. market.
