Coral Gables Sues To Block Utility's 'Massive' New Poles

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 4:48 PM EDT) -- The City of Coral Gables, Fla. has launched a suit in state court to block Florida Power & Light Co.’s plan to erect 80- to 100-foot utility poles along densely populated Ponce de Leon Boulevard, saying the plan violates a longstanding franchise agreement with the city.
