$4B Suit Says Trump Used Name To Shut Out Rival

Law360, New York (January 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The property management company for the Las Vegas Trump International Hotel & Tower has accused Donald Trump of ambushing it in the market for renting owners' units by forbidding the company to use the Trump moniker.

Without competition from the property manager, Nights At Vegas Inc., Trump would be alone in helping apartment owners rent out their units in exchange for a commission, Nights At Vegas alleged in a lawsuit filed on Jan. 26 seeking $4 billion in damages.
