NY Public Library Hit With 2nd Suit Over $350M Reno Plan

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- A group of authors, historians and concerned citizens launched a suit against the New York Public Library in state court Wednesday seeking to prevent the demolition of seven stories of stacks at the Central Library in the second such action filed within the last week.
