Investor Sues RE Partners For $6.5M Over NYC Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (July 12, 2013, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Real estate investor Abraham Pozanski sued two former business partners on Thursday in New York state court, seeking at least $6.5 million in damages for their alleged breach of a joint venture by cutting him and his company out of a Manhattan real estate deal.

According to Pozanski’s 38-page complaint, Danny Turetsky of Bet Shemesh, Israel and Edwin Cohen of Antwerp, Belgium duped him out his rightful proceeds in connection with a piece of property located on West 58th Street in midtown Manhattan.
