'Dumb And Dumber' Producers Get No Cut Of Sequel: Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 1:41 PM EDT) -- The production company behind the planned sequel to “Dumb and Dumber” sued two of the producers of the original 1994 film in California state court Monday, seeking a ruling that the company doesn't owe them any money for the upcoming comedy.

Red Granite Pictures Inc., which developed “Dumb and Dumber To” and will produce the film for Universal Studios, wants a declaratory judgment that Brad Krevoy and Steve Stabler have no connection to their new project.
