Law360, Wilmington (July 16, 2013, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave the go-ahead to defunct video game maker THQ Inc.'s Chapter 11 liquidation plan Tuesday, but ruled the estate is not on the hook for the full amount, originally $4 million, of a tattoo copyright infringement claim regarding its Ultimate Fighting Championship titles.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Mary F. Walrath confirmed the plan after hearing that THQ had resolved the vast majority of objections, many of which were related to individual claims.
