Cortland Partners Drops $107M On 2 Texas Apt. Complexes

Law360, Dallas (July 16, 2013, 8:14 PM EDT) -- Cortland Partners bought a Dallas-area apartment complex for $60.4 million and a Houston multifamily property for $47.4 million, with plans to close deals on additional apartment properties by the end of the summer, the firm said Tuesday.

Through its Cortland Partner GP Fund I, the Atlanta-based firm also closed a deal to buy a Jacksonville, Fla., apartment property for $22.5 million, it said.
