The Gap Ran 'Systematic Scheme' To Deny Wages, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 6:03 PM EDT) -- The Gap Inc. was hit with a proposed class action in California state court Monday accusing the retailer of denying store employees breaks and failing to pay them extra for skipping breaks they were entitled to, along with a series of other wage-and-hour violations.
