Paul Hastings Aids GI Partners' $550M Office Trio Buy

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 2:54 PM EDT) -- Private equity firm GI Partners, on behalf of an institutional investor, has picked up three technology-anchored office buildings in the Los Angeles County area from Hines Real Estate Investment Trust Inc., further bolstering its tech holdings in the state, according to a pair of Tuesday statements.
