Norton Rose Fulbright Lures Energy Pro From King & Spalding

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 1:22 PM EDT) -- Norton Rose Fulbright has snagged a highly regarded energy transactions, acquisitions and project finance partner from King & Spalding LLP to join its Houston office, it announced Tuesday.

George E. “Ned” Crady, who most recently was a partner at King & Spalding in Houston, brings with him to Norton Rose Fulbright more than two decades of experience representing energy companies and strategic investors in acquisitions and divestitures, project development and finance, and related joint venture planning and corporate governance matters, the firm said.
