Bankruptcy Auction For Versace Mansion Gets Judge's Nod

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A Florida bankruptcy judge on Tuesday gave approval to auction off in September the landmark Miami Beach mansion where fashion designer Gianni Versace was murdered in 1997, clearing the way for the bankrupt property owner to pay off its creditors, according to the debtor’s attorneys.
