Orrick, MGA Settle Fight Over Attys' Fees In Bratz IP Saga

Law360, Los Angeles (July 17, 2013, 3:23 PM EDT) -- With a $23 million lien hanging over its $137 million trade secrets verdict in the "Barbie v. Bratz" copyright saga, MGA Entertainment Inc. has settled a dispute with Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP over the firm's fees for representing it in the case.
