NJ Court Says Utilities Board Snubbed DEP Bid To Buy Site

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 9:51 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Wednesday reversed the Board of Public Utilities’ approval of the sale of a utility-owned site to residential developers, saying the BPU failed to consider a bid from the state’s environmental regulator before approving the sale, which is now voidable.
