Army Improperly Nixed Two Contracts With Kuwaiti Co.

Law360, Los Angeles (July 17, 2013, 8:11 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that the United States Army abused its discretion in terminating contracts with a Kuwaiti corporation for latrines and dumpsters but did not abuse its discretion in terminating another contract, effectively ending a slew of long-running cases.
