Judge Nixes Most Of Marsh Ex-COO's ERISA Claims

Law360, New York (January 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed the lion's share of claims by the former president and chief operating officer of Marsh & McLennan that the insurance broker wrongfully deprived him of benefits after he was fired in the wake of the company's 2004 bid-rigging scandal.
