Kmart Fights Bid For Winston & Strawn Docs In Seating Row

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 2:29 PM EDT) -- Kmart Corp. asked a California federal judge Wednesday to quash a subpoena seeking communications between the company and Winston & Strawn LLP regarding a group of cashiers’ seating class action, saying the records are protected by privilege and the request was filed too late.
