Aveda User's Patience Wears Thin Over Hair Product Line

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 8:15 PM EDT) -- Hair products maker Aveda Corp. was hit with a proposed class action in California federal court Tuesday alleging that the salon company's line of hair loss prevention products don't work.

The Minnesota-based company bills its Invati product line as “Nature's Solution for Thinning Hair,” charging over $100 for a three-product system that it says is clinically proven to thicken hair, according to the suit.
