Apple Says Date Error Could Cost It $30M In Samsung Retrial

Law360, Los Angeles (July 18, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Wednesday asked a California federal judge presiding over its epic patent battle with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to fix a document that misstated the starting sales date of Samsung's Infuse 4G smartphone, arguing the error could eliminate $30 million in potential damages.
