Contractors Wary Of DOD's Proposed Counterfeit Parts Regs

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 9:01 PM EDT) -- Contractor trade groups said Wednesday that they remain wary of the Defense Department's proposed regulations on removing counterfeit electronic parts from the military supply chain, arguing that the DOD's approach shifts too much risk to contractors and could prevent the DOD from buying the latest commercial technologies.
