Stonebridge Must Cough Up Spam-Text Campaign Docs

Law360, San Francisco (July 18, 2013, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Thursday ordered Stonebridge Life Insurance Co. to turn over documents detailing past text-message campaigns by co-defendant Trifecta Marketing Group in a class action accusing the pair of spamming nearly 60,000 customers with messages falsely promising free Wal-Mart gift cards.
