Disney's Segway Ban Doesn't Break ADA: Calif. Appeals Court

Law360, Los Angeles (July 18, 2013, 9:17 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday affirmed a lower court’s judgment in favor of Walt Disney World Co. in a suit brought by a woman who claimed the company’s refusal to allow her to use a Segway at Disneyland violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.
