Trenton Affordable Housing Developer Indicted In Fraud Case

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 10:03 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal grand jury on Thursday indicted a real estate developer on 25 criminal counts, including bank and mail fraud, based on allegations he diverted money allocated for three affordable housing developments in Trenton for his personal use.
