NYC Revises Midtown East Rezoning Plan Amid Concerns

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The New York City Planning Commission on Thursday unveiled a revised plan for rezoning Manhattan's East Midtown district after community groups and local representatives expressed concerns about increased density in the already busy neighborhood.
