JetBlue Settles Data Encryption Patent Row

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- JetBlue Airways Corp. has reached an undisclosed agreement with TQP Development LLC to settle a suit claiming that the airline's website had infringed a TQP data encryption patent, according to a court order issued Friday.

Friday's order from U.S. District Judge Roy S.
