GAO Snuffs Protest Over $35M Laser Targeter Contract

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 7:45 PM EDT) -- The Government Accountability Office on Friday denied a protest over a $35.6 million contract for handheld lasers used in target practice, saying that the U.S. Navy adequately re-evaluated the winning bidder's past performance after a previous protest revealed problems with its initial review.
