Atlantic City Strip Club's 1st Amendment Suit Grinds On

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 8:50 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge Friday refused to dismiss a suit in which an Atlantic City strip club accused state transportation officials and an operator of highway rest stops of violating its rights by taking down its ads, saying summary judgment would be premature because the club hadn't gotten an opportunity to gather evidence.
