Spain's Abertis Drops 2 Airports In $370M Sale To ADC & HAS

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Spain's Abertis Infraestructuras SA will hand off a pair of European airports plus other agreements at some of the busiest airports in the U.S. to Texas-based ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide in exchange for a €284 million ($370 million) cash payment, the companies said Monday.

The deal covers Northern Ireland's Belfast International Airport as well as a 90.1 percent stake in Sweden's Stockholm-Skavsta Airport. In addition, ADC & HAS will take over as the operator of the Orlando Sanford International Airport in Florida and pick up...
