2nd Circ. Nixes $27M From Symbol CEO's Fraud Judgment

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday affirmed most of a $92 million judgment against a former Symbol Technologies Inc. CEO over fraud charges but nixed $27 million in interest, finding that default was warranted but that assets frozen in a related criminal case left prejudgment interest obligations ambiguous.
