Law360, Miami (July 22, 2013, 9:53 PM EDT) -- Two Florida state judges diverged in their rulings late Friday in a pair of class actions seeking a combined $1.4 billion against Carnival Corp. over the sinking of the Costa Concordia, with one saying the case should be heard in Italy while the other kept the American plaintiffs in his court.
