NJ High Court Clarifies Zoning Relief Standards

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 4:13 PM EDT) -- New Jersey projects that zoning laws allow in areas under certain conditions but deviate from those requirements don't have to meet a beefed-up standard in proving so-called negative criteria for municipal approval, the state Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.
