Google Seeks End To 'Baseless' Click-To-Call Case

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 2:44 PM EDT) -- Two companies that say Google Inc. stole their so-called click-to-call technology cannot bring their claim to court because they already voluntarily dismissed two identical suits, Google argued in a New York federal court on Monday, calling the claim "baseless."

Both state and federal rules of civil procedure have two-dismissal rules that bar the action brought by VoiceOne Communications LLC and WABEC, Google’s motion to dismiss says.
